Deposits / Cancellation Policy:
A $300 non-refundable deposit will confirm your registration. For cancellations, deposits may be applied to a future camp registration in the current year and UP TO the next calendar year. After that, the deposit is forfeited. Example, for someone cancelling from Roots Music Camp I of the current year, the deposit can be applied to Roots Music Camp II of that same year OR Roots Music Camp I & II of the following year. After year two, the deposit is forfeited.
The deposit simply reflects your promise to come AND our promise to save your space which may result in turning away other interested campers.
Register for next year (before departing) and receive/reserve your same accommodation next year.
- Those in attendance of the current Roots Music Camp (Camp I-June or Camp II-August) may re-reserve their current accommodation/room by Friday noon for the same camp the following year.
- Unreserved spaces will be available for anyone to reserve after the current camp ends Saturday morning on a first come/first serve basis. If an accommodation becomes available and you would like to change accommodations after your initial registration, please contact camp to assist with adjusting your registration.
