The beginning of November, Rocky Mountain Mennonite Camp travels to Virginia, Indiana and Kansas for summer staff recruiting trips. Each year, camp invites 25 staff members for the summer which includes many returning staff members as well as needed new faces. The staff typically consists of past campers who going into college, currently in college or recent college graduates. Last summer’s staff represented 10 different colleges/universities with one staffer coming from Hamburg, Germany.

A lifetime of rich memories, experiences and friends goes with being on summer staff at RMMC. While facilitating a summer camp experience for youth and family campers, you are a “camper” enjoying the same with fellow peers before, during and after camp programs are held. Our desire is to offer a viable summer job opportunity as listed below:”

  • First year staff $325 per week
  • Returning staff bonus $50 per week, each summer
  • Full summer season bonus $500, 8 weeks of youth & family camps
  • Weekly Meals & Housing $400 value
  • Travel support up to $500 for auto, train or plane transport to help ensure travel isn’t a barrier in choosing to come!
