Facilities and Accomodations
Chalet Emmental is a self-contained retreat center ideal for adult groups and family gatherings which can accommodate up to 30 people. It has eleven bedrooms which all have two single beds. The spacious living room upstairs with comfortable furniture and a piano has eight mattresses available for additional sleeping. There are two men's & women's bathrooms.
The main floor offers a sitting area with two couches and two chairs. There are folding tables and folding chairs which may be set up in the dining area for serving meals if desired. The full kitchen has a large stove & oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, silverware & utensils and kitchen linens for use if desired.
Outside is an amphitheater and fire ring with a spectacular view of the Pikes Peak tundra and surrounding Pike National Forest. Some indoor recreation options include a ping-pong and fooseball table.

Spectacular views of the Pikes Peak Massif are only matched by the overlook of main Camp and the Continental Divide 60 miles west. You can also enjoy the outside fire ring.
Eagles Nest has a great room for the kitchen/dining area and living room with a wood burning stove (wood provided). There is a bathroom with a toilet and sink and a separate room with a toilet and shower.
The full kitchen has a stove & oven, microwave, refrigerator and supply of kitchen utensils for preparing and serving meals.
Eagles Nest can accommodate a group of up to 10 to 15 individuals with three bedrooms. Two rooms have one queen bed and one room has two twin beds. There are two bunk beds in the upstairs loft. Five additional guests can stay in the loft as well, utilizing mattresses on the floor. Sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided. Guests should bring sleeping bags and towels for those not sleeping in beds.
A beautiful view of the Pikes Peak tundra and surrounding Pike National Forest is easy to enjoy from the spacious deck. An outside fire ring can be enjoyed as well.
Inside the cabin is a great room with a living and dining area with a wood burning stove (wood provided). The cabin has a spiral staircase overlooking the great room. There is a half bathroom (sink & toilet) between the two bedrooms with the main camp bathhouse facility available for showers.
The kitchen has a stove & oven, microwave, refrigerator and supply of kitchen utensils for preparing and serving meals.
Ski-Hi-View can accommodate 8-10 people. It has two bedrooms, each with one double bed. Sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided. Six single mattresses are available in the loft for additional sleeping. Guests should bring sleeping bags and towels for those sleeping in the loft.
From Sept. 15-June 1, Sky-Hi-View is 1/2 price as the water is turned off and bedding is not provided. An outdoor privy is nearby and the main camp bathhouse is available.
Rocky Ridge offers a breathtaking overlook of the Continental Divide to the West from inside the cabin and out.
A great room on the main floor includes a dining room and kitchen and shares a wood burning stove (wood provided). The full kitchen has a stove & oven, microwave, refrigerator and supply of kitchen utensils for preparing and serving meals.
The living room is in the loft with couches and a beautiful window view of the mountains. The loft can also be used for additional sleeping space for up to five people.
Rocky Ridge can accommodate 10 to 12 persons. Two bedrooms have one queen bed each, and a third bedroom has a double bed and single bunk above. Sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided. Guests should bring sleeping bags and towels for those not sleeping in beds.
Rocky Ridge is only available June 1-Sept. 15.
This 12' X 16' A-frame cabin offers a beautiful overlook of the Continental Divide 60 miles to the west and surrounding Pike National Forest.
Inside, Solitude has a cozy living area along with a table and wood burning stove (wood provided). A kitchenette includes a small microwave, refrigerator & hotplate (no oven) with basic kitchen utensils.
A loft with a double mattress can accommodate up to 2 people. Bedding and towels are not provided. The cabin has a chemical toilet and an outside hydrant for water only during the summer. The bathhouse at main camp is available.
Park Ridge is a rustic setting with a beautiful overlook of the Pikes Peak mountain range.
A small lodge provides space for gathering and serving meals. The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator and supply of kitchen utensils for preparing and serving meals.
Park Ridge has five cabins (single bunk beds with mattresses) which can accommodate a group of up to 30. Bedding and towels are not provided. There is a male and female outdoor privy with a bathhouse facility available at main camp.
